Giorgi Jibladze 43f9483170 Add Money dashboard and trends views to the web client 
Mirrors the iOS Money widgets (rings, quick-add, custom amount) as an
always-on dashboard, and ports MoneyDetailsView's analysis — budget
summary with progress + recovery, daily heat map, category breakdown,
and money in/out with income editing — adapted for a single-column web
layout. Local money settings (limits, currency, period, quick amounts)
persist in localStorage; income reads and writes the existing
CD_MonthlyIncome CloudKit records.
